Frontend Developer

Shortly:

For a European company operating in the field of mobility and payment solutions for road transport, we are looking for an independent Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript) to join the development of a unified digital platform.

Location: Prague 4 – ideally 2 days per week in the office
Start date: November 3, 2025 (or ASAP)
Level: Senior or Mid-level
Language: Czech and English at a communicative level

Join the development of a unified digital platform designed to consolidate the frontend for all products (fuel, tolls, tax refund, cards, etc.) into a single service package. You will be the only Frontend specialist in the team – therefore, we are looking for a Senior or an experienced Mid-level developer on the path to seniority, who is not afraid to take responsibility for the complete Frontend solution.

What to Expect:

Development and architecture of frontend applications using React + TypeScript
Designing and building responsive and high-performance UI components
Integration with backend APIs (REST, WebSockets)
Performance optimization (lazy loading, code-splitting, render optimization)
Implementation of security flows (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD)
Testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) & CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Collaboration with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and the DevOps team

What You Need:

Minimum 3 years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
Knowledge of building responsive websites (CSS/Tailwind)
Experience with API integration, cloud environments, and CI/CD

Nice to have:

Experience with Next.js, Material UI, Docker
Knowledge of Serverless, PWA, or AI tools (Copilot, Cursor)
