QA Tester

In brief:

long-term project
Prague: hybrid working model (4 days in the office / 1 day remote during onboarding; 1 day in the office / 4 days remote after onboarding)
cooperation as a self-employed contractor
allocation: Nov 2026 – Dec 2027, full-time, with potential extension beyond Dec 2027
it is necessary to actively speak Czech

The goal is to ensure quality through API integration testing, test automation, and system integration and regression testing.

Job description:

integration testing at the API level
test automation and assessment of its applicability
preparation of test strategy, test analysis and test data
provision of the test environment
testing of internet banking and related banking applications
creation and review of regression and automated tests
smoke, system integration and regression tests within QA
analysis of results, defect reporting and communication with the project team and stakeholders

Requirements:

experience with API-level integration testing
practical experience with test automation and evaluating its implementation
experience preparing test strategies, test analysis, and test data
knowledge of SQL, JIRA, EA, Postman, Kibana, Cypress/Playwright, TypeScript, and Visual Studio Code
experience in the banking or financial sector
ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
excellent Czech language skills and the ability to work with English-language documentation
