UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented designer who loves exploring how people use digital products and is passionate about improving their user experience from the very first click to the final action.

What You Can Expect:

Designing and refining web and mobile interfaces
Creating wireframes in Axure and graphic designs in Figma
Preparing user scenarios, flows, and conducting UX testing
Actively participating in discovery phases and user research
Staying up to date with trends, exploring new methods, and integrating AI tools into the design process
Collaborating with developers, product teams, sales, and other departments across the company

What We Expect From You:

Proficiency in Axure and Figma
Experience designing web and mobile applications
Ability to prepare user scenarios and conduct UX testing
Independence in leading the discovery phase without waiting for detailed requirements
Practical experience using AI in design

To expand the team of a major banking institution, we are looking for a Business / IT Analyst. The role offers the opportunity to participate in one of two diverse projects – either the development of a virtual assistant with AI capabilities or supporting digital solutions for corporate clients.
