BPM Test Analyst

In brief:

Prague (remote collaboration possible)
workload: 0.5 FTE

Expanding the Process Platform team to include testing of the process platform and BPM processes for various segments of the bank.

Job description:

preparation of test strategy and test analysis for BPM processes
provisioning of the test environment
end-to-end testing including integrations, state transitions, SLA/timers, user tasks and notifications
creation and review of regression and automated tests, smoke and system integration tests
analysis of test results, logs and audit trail

Requirements:

knowledge of BPM and process management, BPM process lifecycle
preparation of test strategy, test analysis and test data for BPM processes
provisioning of a test environment for the process platform
end-to-end testing of BPM processes
analysis of test results, audit trail, instance history, logs and evaluation of SLA/time limits
SQL, JIRA, Postman/REST client, logs and monitoring, e.g. Kibana

Nice to have:

experience with a process platform / workflow engine, e.g. Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, Appian
orchestration principles
design of test automation for BPM processes and recommendations for CI/CD
knowledge of the banking environment
