Shortly:

Location: Prague, up to 80% home office (with a higher onsite presence during onboarding)
Start date: Ideally from August 2025 (we can wait in case of notice period)
Czech-speaking candidates only

What you will do:

Manage the assigned application and its business processes – from proposing improvements to rolling them out in production
Collaborate closely with business units (sales, back-office, etc.) to refine requirements and translate them into “IT language”
Write clear specifications for developers within an agile framework and oversee implementation
Manage small projects, perform testing, handle bugs, and monitor deadlines
Support users by preparing guidelines, training, and process optimization
