Systeum Hub: AI Insights 2025 brought a morning full of inspiration, practical demonstrations, and open discussion on the topic of artificial intelligence in education, business, and effective leadership. The hall at Wenceslas Square was filled to the last seat, and we are extremely pleased that the interest in topics moving today’s world is growing.
Daria Hvížďalová
Why Implementing AI Means Mainly Working with People, Not Technologies
Daria Hvížďalová is an expert in AI in education, who ranked in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2023. She leads AI Skills & Learning at Institute 42 London, heads the AI EduLab at Sféra Pardubice, and works as the program director of the international conference Creative Edge.
How the Czech Republic Stands in AI Literacy Compared to the World
During the discussion, Daria raised the issue of comparing AI literacy globally and locally, mentioned the importance of investment in data infrastructure (using the example of South Korea, which in 2016 invested 600 billion Czech crowns in data infrastructure in an effort to boost AI literacy), and openly described the situation in the Czech Republic, where education often falls on the shoulders of individuals and companies. She also emphasized the importance of involving employees in the implementation of AI tools—the main obstacle is not technology, but people themselves. For successful implementation, it is necessary to create a safe environment for open discussion and to motivate employees to embrace new technologies.

Tereza Fukátková
Data, Analytics, and AI Storytelling in Practice
Tereza Fukátková leads the Group Data Insights team at FEG and also teaches courses on AI for data analytics at Controller Institute and Czechitas. She focuses on deep analyses, customer segmentation, and the application of machine learning in business.
The Art of Data Storytelling: From Spreadsheets to Decisions
In her presentation, Tereza focused on how AI is transforming the world of data analytics—and where its use still meets its limits. A highlight was her practical examples of using storytelling in data analytics and how to present data results to business partners in a clear and engaging form (for example, through a podcast or video). A key for data storytelling is to communicate the main message, not just overwhelm with numbers and graphs, and to build long-term trust in data.

Beáta Holá
AI as a Digital Mentor for Companies and Individuals
Beáta Holá is a work psychologist with 20 years of experience, author of Leadership Cards, and co-author of the digital mentor PeopleBoard. She helps leaders and companies address key questions in people development within organizations.
AI in Company Culture: Why Training Employees Isn’t Enough
Beáta spoke about the most common misconceptions when introducing AI into companies—AI cannot be simply "deployed," but must gradually "grow" into processes. She highlighted the need to go back to the core of company activities and only then seek ways in which AI can support efficiency. She also discussed the importance of clear job descriptions, where AI can play an increasingly important role. She touched on how AI can help in employee development—but only if companies approach it strategically, not just as a popular perk. She considers it important to clearly define what is expected from people and to set concrete, measurable steps that can be seen in development.

Panel Discussion
The Biggest Company Illusions about AI: Why Reality Is More Complicated
The panel discussion focused on the biggest illusions that companies have about the introduction of artificial intelligence. A common misconception is the expectation that AI can be simply deployed and that it will work by itself without much effort, or that it can be applied across the entire organization all at once. The panelists pointed out that implementing AI is a long-term process that should start where the need is greatest and only then be gradually expanded. Another frequent illusion is that customers know exactly what they want from AI, or that employees will start using AI spontaneously right after a single training. The discussion also touched on the public space and the need for strong leadership capable of overcoming complacency and motivating society toward change for future generations. Last but not least, the discussion opened the topic of the social responsibility of platforms such as Meta or Facebook, especially in the context of spreading deepfakes and manipulations enabled by artificial intelligence. The importance of cultivating human intuition and the ability to recognize risks was emphasized, because technology alone is not enough.
